RESUME
Hubert de ROQUEFEUIL is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of InVivo and Chairman of InVivo Animal Nutrition and Health. Aged 49, with qualifications in engineering from ISAB Beauvais and with an Executive MBA Double Degree (Cranfield UK - EM Lyon), Hubert de Roquefeuil has over 20 years’ experience in international development and executive management roles. These include 14 years managing profit centres in France and Europe within the Food and Beverage Division of the Ecolab Group and 5 years as Executive Chairman and Executive Board member of the agri-supplies branch of the Roullier Group. Since 2010 he has held the role of Executive Director of InVivo Animal Nutrition and Health and since 2013 he has been the Deputy Executive Director of the InVivo Group. He also coordinates the International Development of InVivo Group activities. Since his arrival at the head of InVivo Animal Nutrition and Health, Hubert de Roquefeuil has reorganised the company around the 5 sectors (Complete feed, Firm-services and premixes, Additives, Animal Health, Analysis laboratories) and 5 geographical areas (France, Europe - Middle East - Africa, South America, Central America, Asia). He has also led an active international development policy (new locations, targeted acquisitions, alliances and partnerships). Within the framework of the strategic 2025 project by InVivo, InVivo Nutrition and Animal Health aims to be recognised as a worldwide reference offering innovative solutions for livestock farming.
